Rate Calculator
Turn “I need to earn $75k” into an hourly rate that survives taxes, expenses and holidays.
Calculate your rate →Most freelancers lose five to ten hours a week to work that never gets billed: quoting, proposals, invoices, and the awkward “just checking in on that payment” emails. WorkKitly is a small set of free tools built to finish that whole chain — in your browser, with nothing uploaded and no account to create.
Free while in public launch · No sign-up · Your client data never leaves your device

Most “free” generators are lead machines for a paid accounting suite. Your invoice — with your client’s name, your rates and your revenue on it — gets sent to their server so they can market to you later. Some stamp their logo on your PDF unless you pay. We think that trade is backwards.
Every WorkKitly tool runs entirely in your browser. Open your browser’s network tab while you use one: you will see zero uploads. That is not a policy promise; it is how the tools are built.
When we compare paid software, we run the same real jobs through each product, publish the scores, and date them. Prices change; our pages say when they were last checked.
Two ways to invoice as a solo freelancer — one free with card fees, one $23 a month with a five-client cap. We did the fee maths on a $2,000 invoice so you don’t have to.
Meeting notes tools live or die on their free-plan limits: 300 minutes a month versus unlimited transcription with a storage catch. Here is which fits a freelancer’s call load.
